Business justification

Traditional business operations expenses including equipment, maintenance, and facilities costs are deductible as ordinary business expenses under IRC §162. Manufacturing equipment can be depreciated or expensed under Section 179. Commercial property expenses including maintenance and repairs are deductible. Long-term contracts and supplier relationships are ordinary business expenses. Professional association dues and board service may be deductible. Proper documentation is required.
